Warranty Policy
Scope of Coverage
- This warranty covers defects arising from poor workmanship, material faults, or faulty components.
- 1-Year Coverage: Protection against mechanical breakdowns, such as issues with internal components, power failures, or battery malfunctions.
- Replacement Guarantee: If quality issues persist and cannot be resolved through repair, we will replace your device with an equivalent product within the 1-year warranty period.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Issues resulting from third-party software or components added after purchase.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or battery degradation due to age.
Warranty Claim Procedures
1. For Faults During the Warranty Period
- Notify us promptly and return the device for inspection.
- We will perform diagnostic tests to determine the cause of the issue and inform you of the results within 5 working days of receiving the product.
- If the fault is covered under warranty, we will either repair or replace the device at no cost to you.
- If the fault falls outside of the warranty scope:
- We will notify you of the issue and provide an estimate for paid repair or replacement options, if available.
- If you decline the repair or replacement service, the device will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
2. For Devices Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
- If your device arrives with physical damage, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims reported after this time cannot be processed due to shipping insurance and quality control protocols.
- The device must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and accessories, for evaluation.
- After inspection, if the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Claims found to be caused by improper handling after receipt will not be eligible for coverage.
